Scope of Work
Chile
PHH ARC was retained to test for worker exposure to acid mist and to ensure Chilean regulatory standards were being met.
PHH ARC:
- Verified appropriateness of current sampling methodologies
- Reviewed health and safety management systems
- Reviewed historical sampling data
- Reviewed the communication process to both employees and health authorities
- Developed a comprehensive report detailing the human health effects of acid mist exposure
- Conducted independent industrial hygiene sampling in relation to worker exposure
- Reviewed the personal protective equipment
- Provided feasible recommendations to minimize worker exposure to acid mist.
Trinidad
 
PHH ARC was retained to conduct an asbestos assessment and review of all 56 public schools in Trinidad & Tobago. The assessment provided information to provide our client with the information required for proper decision making in:
- Evaluation of risk of exposure to students
- Developing a plan of action for remediation.
Air samples were collected to support the visual assessment information.
