Indoor Environmental Quality

PHH ARC's Indoor Environmental Quality service is designed to identify, evaluate and control potential indoor contaminant sources arising from building construction materials, furnishings, occupant operations, mould or bacteria growth and building design.

The surveys that we perform identify, analyze and recommend mitigation for the following parameters:

  • HVAC System and components
  • Temperature
  • Humidity
  • Air movement
  • Lighting
  • Noise
  • Office ergonomics
  • Other factors potentially affecting occupant comfort and health

Indoor Environmental Quality surveys are key strategies to enhance occupant health and safety in an indoor building space.
