PHH completed assisted with the contracting of a qualified mould remediation contractor. PHH provided all remedial consulting services including milestone inspections and reoccupancy sampling. Additional services with regard to contractor guidance were also provided with an extension in scope of work.
Outcome
The impacted areas were completely remediated and the developer was able to turn over the keys to the occupants with minimal delay. |
