What is LEED?

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a Green Building Rating System, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in 1998. LEED provides standards and guidelines for environmental sustainability during construction, renovation and demolition of buildings.

Sediment and Erosion (a LEED pre-requisite)

- PHH ARC will complete all investigations and remediation in accordance with pertinent provincial Environmental Regulations and Guidance Documents

- Design and implement an archaelogical management plan
Noise Management Plan
- Design and implement a noise management plan
