Hazardous Materials Inventory Systems
PHH ARC has developed an electronic data collection system for recording hazardous building materials in buildings. The Haztracker system is 100% electronic which reduces the problems of conventional data collection and increases efficiency.

Site conditions and field observations are recorded using a personal digital assistant (PDA) that is custom programmed by PHH ARC. Once field collection is complete, the data is downloaded to a desktop computer and allows data manipulation to suit the needs of the project. Customized reports can be printed in several different formats including action and priority lists.
The Haztracker system is most beneficial on large projects where large amounts of data is collected such as large institutions and commercial facilities or multiple sites.
