Terms and Conditions
PHH ARC's Training and Course offerings are outlined by the following terms and conditions. All terms and conditions are subject to PHH ARC's approval and are subjected to change based on our discretion without prior notice.
Scheduled and Custom Registration Options
PHH ARC offers pre scheduled courses throughout the year as well as Custom Registration courses available through private arrangements.
If there is a course you are interested in that is not pre scheduled, please contact our training department at training@phharcenv.com to make arrangements for a customized arrangement.
A separate quotation and details will be provided for multiple registrants with the same entity.
If you are a single registrant and there is not a pre scheduled course available, you can be added to a wait list and contacted when a course has enough registered participants to hold a scheduled course.
Arrival and Duration
For scheduled dates, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
Full day courses run from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
1/2 Day courses run from 8:30 am - 11:30 am.
Registered attendees who are late to the start of a course may be required to complete additional training at their own cost to complete certification requirements.
Cancellation Policy
PHH ARC Environmental reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient registration. A notice will be sent out and a refund will be issued.
Persons registered may cancel 25 business days or more prior to the course date without penalty charges. Cancellations made between 25 and 14 business days prior to the course date are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations made within 14 business days prior to the course date, will not be issued a refund.
All cancellations must be made in writing to PHH ARC - Attention Training Department.
Payment Information
- All course fees must be paid in full at time of registration.
- If paying by credit card, payment will be processed at time of registration
- Registration may be done online and payment arrangements will need to be made when a PHH ARC representative contacts you to finalize the registration process.
- Online payment will not be available..
- Cheques are payable to" PHH ARC Environmental Ltd." for the total payment. (Note the course name and date on your cheque.)
- Registration is transferable.
